Thank you for visiting my page.

People come to me for therapy because they no longer want to feel low, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. Or they are struggling to understand themselves and their experiences in life. Many are having trouble in personal or professional relationships. If you can relate to this, then maybe I can help you too.

I believe that for therapy to be successful, the relationship between client and therapist is paramount. Therefore, I work authentically and try hard to create a safe and supportive space.

My core training is ‘integrative’, which means I draw on multiple therapeutic skills and my own intuition to allow us both to understand your feelings and experiences:  together, we can find a way to move forward.

I have both personal and professional experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as parents and caregivers navigating their child's neurodivergence.
I have created a therapeutic support group which you can read about on my 'NeuroFamily Support' page.

As well as my private practice and group work, I work with a local charity, supporting new mothers through the transition to motherhood as a therapist and group facilitator.
